Why Jessie

Jessie is there at every key step

Buying new means many communities, many choices and months of construction. Jessie stays with you from the first tour to the keys.

  1. Every community, in person

She drives you to each new community you want to see, walks the model homes with you and talks to the builder's sales team.

  2. Straight advice on upgrades

At the design center she tells you which options are worth paying for and which to skip.

  3. There when you can't be

During construction and at the final walk-through, she can go to the house for you.

  4. English or Chinese

Contracts, builder documents and inspection reports explained in the language you prefer.

Questions

What people ask before they get in touch

When should I contact Jessie?

Before your first model-home visit or online inquiry to a builder. Each builder sets its own rule for when a buyer's agent must be registered.

How is a buyer's agent paid in Texas?

By the terms of the written buyer representation agreement, which Texas requires before an agent shows you any home. The law does not set the amount; it is negotiable, and a builder or seller may agree to pay some or all of it.

Can we work in Chinese?

Yes. Calls, messages, tours and document walk-throughs in Chinese or English. Contracts are TREC or builder forms in English, and Jessie goes through them with you.
